The successful bidder will require their own lawyer to complete conveyancing. The real estate will be sold as is, where is. The successful bidder should be prepared to pay their share of legal fees for their lawyer to handle their side of the transaction, and if title insurance is necessary to close on time, the buyer will be responsible for title insurance.
