Legal Description: NE-29-31-3-W5M – 70.76 Acres (Title number 181 026 402)

This land auction consists of 70.76 acres of land situated west of Didsbury, AB and contains 55 arable acres of farmland. This parcel of land has great access off range road 34 and a mere 15 minute drive to the amenities of Olds and Didsbury, AB. Currently in grain, this productive land would be well suited to continue in grain, be transitioned to hay, or it would also make for a great pasture piece. These 70 acres are fenced on three sides (south border has no fence), has a dugout, and trees for shelter. This land offers great views, wildlife, and excellent access to mountain and west country adventures, as well as central Alberta’s corridor. Located on a quiet road, this would be an excellent place to build a house and call home. Don’t miss this great opportunity to own hard-to-find land located in the heart of west-central Alberta!
