Licence holders are responsible to make sure their contact information, which includes email address, is up to date.
Refer the individual licence holders to the RCMP Individual Web Services (IWS) where they can update their contact information online at any time: 
(https://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/firearms/individual-web-services).
Another alternative, licence holders can call the CFP at 1-800-731-4000 during hours of operation, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (nationwide).
Please Make Sure Your Contact Information is Up to Date with the RCMP.

Info We Require to Sell and / or Buy a Firearm: 
Full Name, PAL #, DOB, PAL Expiration, Email Address On File With the RCMP
