A deposit of 10% of the final bid payable to Rosehill Auction Service Ltd. will be required at the time of the auction.  The balance is due November 1, 2024.  If the offer is not accepted by the Executor’s, the deposit will be returned to the purchaser.  If the purchaser fails to meet the terms of the contract the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages.  The final bid will be subject to Executor’s approval.
