The land will sell one quarter section at a time (two separate sales). Friday October 16th at 9am the bidding will open. It will be open for bidding day and night until it starts to close on Wednesday October 21st at Noon (12pm). "Extended bidding" will be in place as well; if someone bids in the last two minutes, then the timer will restart for two minutes, and restart again if someone else bids, until two minutes goes by with no bidding, then it will close to the highest bidder.
