DIRECTIONS: From Stettler, AB go east on Hwy 12 for 14kms to Botha, AB. Go south on Hwy 850 for 19kms to AB593, go east for 13kms (8mi) to Twsp Rd 172, go south for 8km (5mi), west side of road.

From Byemoor, AB go north on Hwy 853 for 3kms (4.5mi) to Twsp Rd 355A, go west for 3.2km (2mi) to R.R. 172, go north for ½ mile, west side of road.

A deposit of 10% of the final bid payable to Rosehill Auction Service Ltd. will be required at the time of the auction. The balance is due on or before May 20th, 2024.  If the offer is not accepted by the owner the deposit will be returned to the purchaser.  If the purchaser fails to meet the terms of the contract the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages.  The final bid will be subject to the approval of the vendor.
