Rosehill Auction Service Ltd. will be hosting the Land Auction for Andrew Kitzul in a Timed Online Auction Format. Bidding will open on Monday November 29th at 9am and begin to close on Wednesday December 1st at 12:00pm (Noon).

This half section of pasture land will sell in two separate lots. Andy had the border on these two quarters moved years ago mainly due to the Bowden Creek running through the east part of the property and having very poor access to the south quarter. Now each parcel measures approximately 1/4 mile (east to west) by 1 mile (north to south). Rather than being a square 1/2 mile by 1/2 mile like most quarter sections, these two parcels are more of a rectangle (running north and south). Please make yourself familiar with this by looking at the photos or talking with Tyler Rosehill (403-507-1782). There is access to power, gas, and phone lines all off the county road (TWP Road 350) which borders the north side of the properties. If you are entering the property to view, be aware there are steep slopes and drop offs and could be very dangerous if the grass is wet or snow covered. The West Parcel is "Parcel 1" (Legal Lot 1) shown in Yellow in the picture, and the East Parcel is "Parcel 2" (Legal Lot 2) shown in Red in the picture.

The 2 lots will close in a "horserace finish" fashion; both two lots will stay open until there are no more bids on ANY of the two lots for 2 minutes. If there is one bid on any of the two lots in the last 2 minutes, then both lots will remain open to all bidders for another 2 minute bid extension.
