36 Bred Heifers (18 SimmX – 18 AngusX) bred to low birth weight Black Angus to calve March 1, bulls out for 60 days.  Bovashield Gold one shot and Vision 8 with Somnegen going on to grass, at weaning and again this spring. They will have the first dose of Guardian by sale day.

13 Red Bred Heifers. All heifers are farmed raised from our closed herd. We have developed a crossbred herd over the last 28 years using top Simmental, Red Angus and Gelbvieh bulls and selecting replacement heifers for strong maternal characteristics including good feet and udders, solid milk production, good mothering instincts, quiet dispositions, and calving ease; all while having outstanding performance potential.These heifers are bred to a low birth weight Piro Red Angus bull (BW 74 Lbs). Bull out June 15th and pulled August 2nd (48 days). We maintain a comprehensive herd health program and the heifers been vaccinated with Bovisheild Gold (protection from IBR, BVD, PI3, BRSV and Bovine Pneumonia) and Ultrabac 7 (full 7 way and Haemophilus). The heifers have also had their first Scourguard vaccination and been treated with Ivomec. All heifers are polled.
