The balance is due on or before November 21, 2024.  If the offer is not accepted by the owner the deposit will be returned to the purchaser.  If the purchaser fails to meet the terms of the contract the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages.  The final bid will be subject to the approval of the vendor.
